Injury Assessment

Full history of current problem followed by physical examination to establish what causes your pain

Pain & Injury Treatment

May include; soft tissue therapy, joint mobilisation, cupping therapy, therapeutic ultrasound, IASTM, kinesiotaping

Sports Massage

Soft tissue therapy aims to reduce pain and increase/ improve movement

Tailored Rehabilitation

A tailored programme of stretching, strengthening, balance or co-ordination supplementing treatment received in the clinic

Injury Prevention

Our Mobility, Stretch and Strength plans aim to reduce likelihood of injury or re-injury
